We, Too
We, too, sing America. We are the bright sisters. They hire us to do the same job as men As they pay us a fractional percent But we stay And we learn And we work Someday, We will be equal When judgement comes It will be them Who is viewed In a negative light When. No matter, They’ll see how much We are worth We, too, are America.
